Know the cost before we start
Standard pricing is for ordinary household clearance and loading work. Unusually heavy, fragile or difficult jobs are quoted individually.
Simple rule: the minimum booking is 2 hours. After that, additional standard time is £30 per 30 minutes. Longer pre-booked blocks receive a discount.

We keep the service straightforward: tell us what needs doing, send photos where possible, receive a clear quote, and arrange your own skip, vehicle, storage or licensed waste collector if one is needed.

Before you book
Do you take rubbish away?
No. DayCrew is a labour-only service. We can carry and load items, but you arrange the skip, vehicle, storage or licensed waste collector directly.
Can you dismantle furniture?
Yes, basic dismantling of suitable freestanding furniture can be included where agreed in the quote.
What if an item is very heavy or difficult to move?
Tell us before booking. We may ask for more details, quote it separately, require a specific risk acknowledgement, or decline work we believe cannot be carried out safely.
Do I need to send photos?
They are strongly recommended. Photos of the items, stairs and access route help us estimate the time and identify difficult items before arrival.
Is the quote request a confirmed booking?
No. A booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the scope, price, date and terms with you.
